Booking and Payment Terms and Conditions

When you use this Website to make an accommodation booking the following Terms and Conditions will apply, in addition to our Standard Terms and Conditions for use of this Website.

We will make every effort to ensure that all booking, availability and accommodation information on our Website is accurate and up to date. However, as we operate our booking service in primarily business hours, five days a week, we are unable to guarantee the accuracy of all information as this Website is not updated in real time. We also do not guarantee that this Website is free of errors or faults.

We reserve the right to change all or any information displayed on this Website (including these Terms and Conditions) at any time without notice.

Bookings

All bookings made through this Website, or by calling 0457209597, MUST be made at least two working days prior to arrival. Unfortunately we cannot cater for casual arrivals.

We will attempt to deal with all booking enquiries made through this Website in less than 24 hours.

You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your Booking Enquiry, and as soon as possible thereafter you will receive a further email noting that your booking request has been checked, and confirming that the accommodation is available/not available for the period you have requested.

If the selected accommodation is available, it will be reserved in your name and you will receive an invoice for the full amount of the booking.

Payments in full for the booking must be made no less than seven days prrior to arrival. Where a booking is made within seven days of arrival, payment in full must be immediately. On receipt of payment/cleared funds the booking will be confirmed.

During the period from lodging your enquiry and our acceptance, the Website Booking Calendar will show 'Requested' until payment has cleared, then it will show 'Booked'.

You will be notified that your booking is confirmed, and on receipt of payment you will be provided with an information pack, including detailed directions to the property, and contact details.

Changes and Cancellations to Bookings

If you wish to change or cancel your booking you must contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to be of assistance, but we do not guarantee that changes can be made.

Bookings made in advance for key dates, such as Long Weekends, Public Holiday Periods, School Holiday Periods and special local events cannot be cancelled less than two weeks prior to the booked date, unless we can find an alternative occupier of the cabin concerned.

Any booking cannot be changed or cancelled within seven (7) days of the booked dates without forfeiting the whole accommodation charge.

Pets (dogs only)

We provide an opportunity for your dog to holiday with you. If you are bringing your dog, before making a booking you must read and agree to the Pet friendly terms and conditions found at this link.
